Before You Write

This covers most of what we are asked:

A purchase is missing. Bought through Google Play or the App Store? Use Restore Purchases on the app's upgrade screen, signed in with the same store account. Bought on this website? Sign in with the account you used at checkout to access your purchase.
A question looks wrong. Send it through the app's feedback option, which tells us which question you mean.

What to Include

Tell us whether you use Android, iPhone or this website. For purchase issues, include your receipt or order reference and the email address you used to buy. This helps us find your purchase.
