What This Is

NHBRC Test is independent study material for people preparing for the NHBRC home builder technical assessment (also called the competency assessment). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by the National Home Builders Registration Council.

Practice questions are our own work and are not the assessment's questions. Using the app does not guarantee any result, and doing well here is not a qualification.

Your Account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Purchases

Full Access costs R340 as a single payment. It does not expire and does not renew. You can buy it in the app, through Google Play or the Apple App Store, or on this website. A store purchase is tied to that store account, not to a device. A website purchase is tied to the account you signed in with to buy it.

Refunds

Which policy covers a refund depends on where you paid. A purchase made through Google Play or the Apple App Store is refunded under that store's policy. Request a refund from the store where you paid. A purchase made on this website is processed by Paystack, not by a store, so no store policy applies: write to us and we will sort it out directly.

Either way, if a purchase did not unlock correctly, email us first. We can usually help restore your access.

Acceptable Use

The questions and study material are ours. Do not copy, republish or resell them.

Availability

We aim to keep the app working but do not guarantee it will always be available, and we may change or withdraw features.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of South Africa.
